Environmental Building Strategies has teamed up and we’re working hard to make LEED Simple. Right now LEED is laborious and time consuming. The average LEED project takes approximately 200-400 more hours to than a non-LEED project solely because of DOCUMENTATION. If we could shave even 10% of those hours we knew we’d be successful.
Turns out it’s been wildly successful – EBS now documents projects in 1/4 to 1/2 the time of other Green Building & LEED Consultancies at significantly less cost while maintaining the integrity of the both the USGBC mission as well as our own.
