Easy Documentation

Flat out the easiest and best way to document your LEED project – easy tables and drop-down menus allow for quick entry and immediate feedback! LEED EDGE calculates all your credits, consolidates the information, and keeps it ready for submission to the USGBC so you don’t have to! Just fill out the tables and answer some “Yes or No” questions! LEED’s confusing requirements and regulations have been clarified and simplified so you can easily complete your documentation following a few easy steps!

Example 1:

Enhanced Refrigerant Management? A bit confusing now??? Not with the EDGE – documentation is a snap! The drop down menus have all inputs for Refrigerant system type: chillers, package units, heat pumps, and more. Better than that however is the Refrigerant type drop down menu. Who wants to sit and try to figure out Global Warming Potential and Ozone Depleting Potential when EDGE does it for you in seconds. Enhanced Refrigerant Management has just gone from the hardest and scariest credit to document to the easiest!

Example 2:

Sustainable Purchasing – Durable Goods? What’s a Durable Good in LEED terms anyway??? We clarified those questions and more in EDGE – documentation of Materials and Resources credits are easier than ever! Color coded text boxes (completely modifiable!) guide you through the process from Step 1 on. Red boxes for “Documentation Needed” which lets you know what documentation is required to receive credit, Blue boxes for “Purpose & Requirements” letting you know the credits intent both in LEED terms and laymen terms, Green boxes for “Point Breakdown” so no more carrying around the Ref Guide searching for point thresholds, Purple boxes are “Notes” which are full of information to guide you through the process such as types of Durable Goods, etc, Gray boxes are “Exemptions” telling you what doesn’t fly, and Black (not shown below) boxes are reserved for those credits that can be streamlined with a “Professional Exemption.”

The proof is in the pudding…

"This program has succeeded in taking an enormous amount of information and presenting it in a logical, concise, streamlined manner. This is an essential tool for anyone working on a LEED project."

By Benjamin (Equistone Partners)

Simply put: we streamline LEED

"The cold hard fact is that EBS is far ahead of anyone when it comes to LEED Documentation and Project Management. They don't push paper or make team members suffer through LEED Online, they just do it. Time is always of the essence on construction projects and us not having to worry about LEED makes my life much easier."
