LEED consulting can be one of those onerous things that just isn't for everyone. At Environmental Building Strategies, we live and breathe this stuff on a daily basis and can answer any questions you have regarding LEED projects.
Consulting contracts tend to be expensive and time consuming for the project administrator. We find many horror stories when LEED consultants continually ask for paperwork and calculations from vendors and sub contractors which actually adds time and expenses to the project. This ends up looking a lot like paper pushing.
